I live in a building managed by the Lucaya House and will be out as soon as possible, office staff is extremely inept and don't care what problems they cause you. Bad neighbors, bad management, multiple break-ins. Office towed one of our cars after failing to give us our parking pass after multiple requests and we had to pay the $100 to get it out. Just avoid their properties in general.

Lucaya House has the most corrupt attitude I've ever encountered in an apartment building. The apartment was pretty nice. However, the management was horrible. They will charge you for everything you do. In addition, I received a bill for cleaning after I had left the apartment spotless. Their management style is definitely to make sure everyone but the tenants are taken care of. They also give you only on key with "Do Not Duplicate" printed on it. This is only so they can charge you $32.00 to open it when you get locked out. Do not live here! You'll end up spending a lot more money than you intended.
