Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
A ripped, filthy, stinking carpet, multiple break-ins, unhelpful office staff, and a fridge that would break about once a month made this the worst place I've ever lived. In addition, they charged me cleaning fees for an apartment that was far cleaner when I moved out than in. Avoid these properties at all costs.
