No matter how clean your apartment is, you are going to lose your deposit. On top of that expect yourself to be charged for some amount when you move out. This has been the case with me and all the people I know who have lived in this complex.

The staff.. especially the two ---------- in office.. are extremely rude, nasty, unhelpful and condescending.

Avoid it. There are better complexes out there.

P.S. The Four seasons complex at cornell street is managed by the same bunch of crooks. Avoid that one too.
