I lived in 400 Maple SE (top floor).
The very first month we had a big leakage in the ceiling and it took them 4 days to fix. The roof had caved in meanwhile.
The toilet kept on breaking every month, instead of replacing the old part, they just used super glue.
My bike got stolen twice in 3 months! They say that they have CCD camera but were not helpful at all. I can't understand how can someone steal things in a gated community which has secured access.
We cleaned the place really well before leaving and were shocked to see that they charged us around $50 for carpet cleaning (considering there was a leakage which messed up the carpet).
And yes DO NOT HAVE ANY HOPES about getting deposit back.
