Lucaya House has the most corrupt attitude I've ever encountered in apartment management. The apartment was pretty nice. However, the management was horrible. They will charge you for everything you do. In addition, I received a bill for cleaning after I had left the apartment spotless. Their management style is definitely to make sure everyone but the tenants are taken care of. They also give you only one key with "Do Not Duplicate" printed on it. This is only so they can charge you $32.00 to open it when you get locked out. Do not live here! You'll end up spending a lot more money than you intended.
