In the winter months, they thought a plastic bag over the A/C unit on the roof would suffice. It didn't. If they were paying for the heating bill that wouldn't have bothered me but they weren't. I've had to pay very high heating cost because they didn't do a proper job of insulating the unit. I called them to ask if they could use two plastic bags or thicker material. They assured me they would have it fixed but didn't. WHAT A SHOCKER!!
I live in a courtyard setting and the noise of the other neighbors is insane. I can actually hear people cough from across the courtyard. There isn't a way to distinguish where the noise is coming from. Someone brought a dog to their apartment but we got the notice. I tried to tell management I am allergic to dogs and that I can not live with them inside such a tiny apartment but they argued with me for 10 minutes. I think they are discriminating against us because we are the only non-Anglo people to live at this property so they pin the blame on us when they have NO PROOF. After reading the comments of others I guess we will not be getting our deposit returned. Bummer!
There is an on-site laundry room but there is only one dryer and the other hasn't been fixed yet. When it was burning out it shrunk my clothes because there wasn't a sign posted. Take your clothes off the property to wash them.
