The area is well enough and close to UNM, but this is where it ends on the perks. The management here is horrible and tries to con as much money as they can out of people, they are rude and give you the round around instead of being direct, it takes a good two to three weeks for anything to be fixed in the apartment.
They say they only have year leases but they lied to me and my flatmate - they offer six month contracts. Be very sure of your rights as a tenant and the rent laws in New Mexico before coming here. It is not worth spending $695 a month on this place. There are break-ins around the area on the cars, both in and out of the "secure" car lot.
Do not trust this place!!!!!!!
