Manzano Mesa has nice floorplans for living. The architect really thought them through...except for closet space in the one bedroom. The place is fairly new, so everthing is in good condition. They come with a washer and dryer, which is nice. The heater and a/c is pretty wimpy. I realy hate the heater....it warms at a rate of about 1 degree per hour. Management says this is normal. My typical utility bill comes to around $70/month, so it is cheap enough to live here. I love the option of a garage. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. I can live with it as that is common in apartments, but some neighbors are unreasonable. The grounds are kept up nicely. The staff is friendly. Management has been a little slow on fixing some problems, but eventualy they get around to it. Overall, I like the place to live and for the money it is a good deal.
