My wife and I and 2 kids (dogs) have lived here for almost a year. We rent a two bedroom apt. We've had no problems with either the management or maintenance staff. They are always ready and willing to handle anything. Pricewise, you get what you pay for. There are plenty of parking spaces throughout. Cheaper garage spaces would definitely be nice. I did briefly rent a garage, but it's not worth the extra $$ per month. We clean about 3x per week, but the area is very dusty; we seem to get a lot of various spiders that find their way into the apartment...not cool. While we haven't had any major problems, I am a bit concerned with the previous reviews and the carpet replacement issue. I will definitely print out the reviews and speak with the management and get something in writing, since the lease agreement does not seem to be enough. Ohb yeah, the area around the apt is nice for evening walks and has a nice park where everyone seems to be out and enjoying the summer evenings.
