New management sucks

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Rent is rising, and the new management is very unresponsive. Do not enforce policies (others take my covered parking spot and nothing is done), office hours are horrible, and wals are thin (you can hear other people coughing!). The only things going for it are location--close to base--and washer/dryer in unit.
