This place is a horrible place to live. Would I recommend it...No. It was a nice place a few years ago. Not anymore. Can you say GHETTO. A van was burnt to a crisp. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Management said nothing and did nothing about it. And there was a dispute somewhere between 2 people. I woke up at 2 am to look outside cause I heard yelling. What do I see' A young lady running away from some guy. And recently, There was a shooting. Yes, a shooting. Cops every where. My kids and I in this apartment watching it all happen. Management still will not deal with it and has not even addressed it. What about the residents who live here! Don't we deserve an explanation. Don't we deserve to know if its being taken care of for our safety. Parking is a night mare. You have to park millions of miles away because some residents guests park in the parking spaces. In which case you could pay for a numbered reserved parking spot. But regardless people still will park there. My neighbors...new neighbors...I hate it. They play music loud 24/7. They are messy. Trash every where. AND, to make matters worse, nothing they are doing in that apartment is legal. Every day i smell this distinct smell. It gives me a headache. I don't want my kids smelling that crap. I'm sure you can get what I mean when i say its not legal. When we first moved in here, we were told that if you were doing drugs at this complex you would be evicted. It's held up to not be true. I went to management and told them my problem with this. Come to find out they tell me to go to the cops and file a complaint. THIS IS YOUR PROPERTY!!! YOUR RESIDENTS!!! Why do "we" (the residents) have to file a complaint. That's what we are doing with you. Now we put in your hands...assuming you have our safety in mind. But, no. They don't. Its not affecting them. So they dont give a F*&^$. I hate this place. I hate management. All they want is the dollar. But, one thing I do have to say is that maintenance is AMAZING. They are on top of their game.
If you are looking to moving to this place...please reconsider. It really stinks here.
What I think is really funny is how my fiance posted a review of this place with an elaborate description of what has gone on and now...it's been deleted and not by him. But, keep on deleting. We'll keep on posting. Wouldn't want another family gettin into this place and regretting it. Especially if you have kids.

I am truly sorry your experience was unpleasant here at Manzano Vista, our protocol is to screen all applicants prior to move in, we are also part of the Multi Family Crime Free Housing and work with them on a weekly bases. Our community has 285 parking spaces for the 178 apartment homes,although we do not have assigned parking,we are in agreement with a local towing company to check our parking lots every week, tag and remove any vehicles with expired tags,improperly parked or not working.
