I have lived here at Manzano Vista for a year now and I am very comfortable. The apartments are nice and I have a little yard for my dog to run around and play in. Any time that I need anything fixed or have any kind of problems, the office staff is always quick and courteous to solve any problem that I have. The management here is great,very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The last apartment complex that I lived at in the north valley before I came here, was awful and I truly do appreciate having a friendly staff here. It is gated community which is nice and the grounds are nicely kept and clean. I have reccommended Manzano Vista to friends and family. Another thing that I like about it is we are close to stores, restaurants, a theater and have easy access to I-40. I have also seen security walking around at night. Parking is good and no one has ever bothered my vehicle in the time I've been here.
