I don't recommend them at all. I've waited weeks, sometimes even months for maintenance to come. Water leaking, non-stop. Horrible plumbing problems. I even left the country for 10 days, came back, and the leaks were still not fixed. The initial reaction is great - lovely landscape, plenty of parking. But don't be fooled. If you're unlucky enough to be on the 3rd floor (in a 1 bdrm) then good luck moving in/out. Small stairwells, no elevator. Most all of the exercise machines were broken when I went in to use the gym. Constantly woke up to my water being shut off with no notice - caused me to be late to work several times. I moved out way before my lease was up; just couldn't take any of it anymore. Please, spare yourself the agony and find another place.
