Dirty, over priced, poorly managed, lots of hidden fees

Will have you pay for a holding fee and then put it back on the market behind your back. And then will continue to keep your application fees and have terrible responses time in regards to when a refund will be available.

Apartments are kid friendly and quiet. Staff is very professional. The patio area is very large. Most of the other tenants are friendly. Walking distance to many businesses to include many restaurants, stores. Also walking trails and parks nearby.

Overall experience with office staff was extremely friendly. Move in day was hassle free and quick process with paper work to get me into my apartment. Quite neighborhood and neighbors. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home.

Very good. Friendly staff and coveniant location. Friendly neighbors and feel safe coming into my apartment late at night. One of the best apartments I've lived in. Pet and family friendly. Outside is always clean and maintained and spacious on the inside.

All the staff are nice, haven't had any problems. Lived at La Entrada that place was good too, might stay here or move back. My monthly rent went up when we did a new lease maybe it should have went down not up

Everything has been great so far. There are some minor cosmetic issues to the specific apartment that we moved in to, but other than that it's been good. The staff is warm and accommodating, and overall I think they are great starter apartments!

Great place to live, located near major hub of shopping and dining. Two bus lines within a short walk. Good sized apartment and great common areas. The staff is always friendly and professional. Great place for kids and pets.

It has been wonderful in the last couple of years. The office is friendly and requests are done in a timely manner. When it takes longer than I thought, they always follow up on what is happening, normally it is a major emergency.
