live toward the front

I live there for a little over two years until they threw me out because I made too much money (!'). Apparently they only rent to families who can prove they make less than a certain amount per year. When i first move in it was owned by the Ericsons and was pretty bad. Run down. Horrible maintenance would have been an upgrade but the parking was good enough and the apartment that we had (building A) had just been remodeled so it was decent. New appliances for the most part. When they sold it the new company completely remodeled the outside and had it not been for the absolutely hideous colors they chose (and I do mean hideous... it was aweful... like living in a bad LSD trip southwest style) but they did nothing for the insides. The new playground they put in was really nice though although it was always so crowded with unsupervised kids that it was usually pretty dangerous. They buildings toward the back, I was told, had a pretty bad meth infestation although the new owners were really making good strides in getting it cleaned up. They repaved the parking lot and made about half the parking a fire lane so after that parking became an absolute nightmare. The ceiling in the master bathroom fell because of leaking pipes in the bathroom above us which we asked to be fixed for well over a year and when they did "fix" it they just cut around the hole and patched it (never repainted) and never actually fixed the water leak so it was starting to fall again when I moved out. I didn't hear my neighbors very often but the ventilation system was shared through out each building so anything your neighbors were cooking (or smoking) you could also smell. Overall not the worst place i've ever lived, but by far not the best. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
