I've been at Mntn Run for 3 or 4 years. The only real problem I've encountered was my apartment flooded. I beleive it was the water heater. They don't have the proper drainage requirments and they aren't rated for the right distace above sea level. Anyway, other than that everything has been okay. I was rather surprised when I saw the other reviews. I stay right next to the model/show apartment for new tenants. Perhaps this is why my experience has been so pleasant' I also stay on the 1st floor and don't have a real big problem with roaches.
