My apartment is in terrible shape. The screen door has never worked properly, and the lock is broken. The cabinets appear to have been repaired several times and had to be again when I moved in. The utility closet doorknob is still broken even after they sent maintenence to fix it. The horribly dated and mismatched ceiling fans shake and look to be about to fall when the fans are on. The bathroom sink, tub and toilet are all very cheap and old and never come clean. On the exterior, stairs and patio fences are in desperate need of repair and new paint. Just about all of my neighbors are trashy. I thought the roach issue was exaggerated (I didn't read the reviews until after I moved in), but it is not. The worst part by far is the management. As soon as the lease and damage report were signed, they all became the least helpful staff I've ever encountered. Most questions are met with a "I need to ask the manager". They have been uncooperative in several attempts to resolve a dispute with another tenant.
