I have lived here for 2 years. The management has changed, but they are still apathetic and rude. The appliances are old and the management will not replace them.
In a 1 br apartment (640 sq. ft) my PNM bill is at least $150 a month because the place is so poorly insulated.

The parking situation is poor and it took them a week to plow when we had snow last winter.

The complex is noisy and people are very inconsiderate (leaving beer bottles and garbage all over the place--one someone even threw their dirty litter box on the sidewalk and management got angry with me when I asked them to have someone clean it up ASAP.)

The people that work in this place are clueless and, once they get your lease signed, they treat you like you're they're employee. I once complained to the District Manager and she referred to me as "someone that works for her". When I was offended and said that I didn't work for her, she said, "right, you live in my building". And, that's how they treat you--like you're a subordinate.

If you can afford the rent at Mountain Run, you can afford it somewhere else where they will treat you with respect. This place is old, dirty and overpriced.
