A disaster

I lived in three apartments in the complex because they could never find me a liveable place. The first apartment had cockroaches, the second apartment flooded due to a burst pipe in the bathroom costing me more than $2000 in damages, none of which the complex covered as a result of its liability agreement which states they are not responsible for damage to personal property as a result of water leaks. The third apartment also had an insect problem, and it was nearly impossible to get them to let me out of my lease even though I had already lived in three different apartments, and given them three different chances to provide me with a place to live. I wouldn't live here for what it cost per month, and for the lack of helpfulness in working to resolve issues with three different apartments. The best thing I did was leave the complex.

I am so sorry. If they haven't gotten rid of them by now, it's not gonna happen. I lived there for 2.5 years and had 2 different management companies--both terrible. Oak Tree Park is the same way, too. It's really tough to find a decent place in this town.
