I lived in Mountain Run for exactly a year and it was a great experience. I was in 823, and moved in on august 23rd so that was awesome! I had one of the 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms, and it was GREAT! Nice big rooms, decent sized living room. Maintenance was quick and effective, the staff were always nice, and the ameneties were great. Parking was indeed GOD AWFUL, and my poor downstairs neighbor was always complaining to the office about how thin the ceiling was, but we made due because we were home. It really felt like home there, which is hard to find in an Albuquerque apartment. The apartments are well spread out too, so you don't feel like you're in a cubicle. I stayed at quite a bit of apartments in Albuquerque, and this one was definitely the best. I can't say much about the new management because they took over like a month before I left. I hope they don't screw up a great community...
