I've live at Netherwood for a year and half now and it has been a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the grounds are usually well kept and clean. The apt (mine is a 2 bedroom) is very spacious (much more so than our pink neighbors across the freeway where i have also lived)and it is very quiet. I have only heard people arguing outside once, and that was because my window was open.

The staff has always come to fix things immediately when called and they also do a good job(which can be a rare thing). I have never had a problem with bugs or plumbling or anything like that, and it is very well maintained as a whole.

Parking is sometimes hard to get late on weekends but it is generally not a problem and the parking lot is well lit. And one great thing is that there is a large lawn for pets which is very clean and well maintained for people who need to walk and play with their pets.
