I've heard people rate this community highly because of the quality accomodations, and I disagree somewhat. I would say the apartments are only in adequate repair. We have had some pest problems and repair issues.

Further, I would have to say that the management is less than professional. Services take forever, and any complaints, concerns, or deviations from the rules result in rude behavior and threatening letters. In fact, we were blamed for another person's rule violation and treated like deadbeats. Eventually, the situation was sorted out, but I couldn't help being offended for the speed with which the management blamed me for something that was not at all my fault.

This is not appropriate behavior, and as I came from an apartment complex that was absolutely impeccably managed, I was appalled. This sort of thing might not be a problem for everyone, but if it would bother you to have to deal with poor management, I do not recommend this complex.
