people living in these apartments need to clean up after them. I have my dog here at Netherwood with me and clean up her pet waste regularly. Why the other people don't bugs me cuz it is all over the place!
Also the landscaping is over watered. Trying watering 4 times a week instead of watering every nite at 10pm!
Robert the maintaince man is great. I think the buildings could be fixed here and there. The balconies could use some repair and the outdoor spaces need some paint here and there. But it isn't Roberts fault, the owners don't supply the funds I asume. The air conditioning has been broken for a week! The best thing about this apartment is the location, the courtyard, and the guy who lives below me. He hasnt complained yet about my dog running around my apt late at nite...
