FAIR WARNING: You won't like living here

The management makes living here unbearable. Here's a limited list of examples:
First, my door lock doesn't function properly. Occasionally, I was locked out of my own apartment because my own key failed to open the lock. Despite repeated requests, the management has refused to repair the lock and instead has suggested that I keep a can of WD-40 handy when I leave the apartment. Luckily, the apartments are ridiculously easy to break into through the front windows, which has largely solved this problem for me.
Second, the management leaves notes on each apartment door approximately every week, thereby conveniently informing any would-be burglars that nobody is inside the apartment. As a frequent traveler for work, this is less than reassuring.
Third, the air conditioning has been out in the entire complex for (no exaggeration) one month. The high temperature during this period has averaged around 85 or 90 degrees, but is much, much warmer inside the apartments because due to their layout its impossible to circulate any cool air at night. The managment has happily left us notes (see above) explaining that a new air conditioning unit will be installed and ready for operation next spring.
This is just a short list of examples (see the other reviews below). Needless to say - and this is a promise - you won't enjoy your stay here.
