I lived at Netherwood for a short time and would not recommend ANYONE to live there. Just to make it short and sweet, management is horrible and any time you have problems they try to make you feel better by saying they live here too. Instead of writing a long review stating how horrible Netherwood is, I would recommend reading all the reviews that are below 4 because in my opinion they are all true. I can easily write an essay explaining various issues but it would be a waste since most of the issues have already been covered in detail by previous tenants. Just in case some of the reviews are deleted a short list of issues are below.

-horrible management
-horrible parking
-insecure complex
-slow/unacceptable repair
-unclean grounds
-terrible bill calculation

Also, I believe a majority of the reviews that are on this site rating a 5 came directly from the management is an attempt to raise their overall rating.
