There are a few staff members who are very nice but dealing with the manager ----- is a pain. Expect short rude remarks and statements and a general feeling that you are there to serve her command. The place needs a serious overhaul and the lack of air in the spring and fall is a nightmare but not bad if they are able to get the heater on within a few weeks. The add on to rent is if you want to be guaranteed a spot to park you must pay for a spot or you might not get to park at all. Your friends have a total of four spots to park in an if they park in the open area expect to be driving them to the tow yard to get there car. The rent is very high only because of location but one lives here and thinks I can deal with rush hour traffic I just want to live in a nice place for this amount of money. Oh yeah the gym is state of the art though If you live in 1950 If you try to work out this is the place that made mankind invent the rule workout at your own risk. The price for rent below is including the gas which is community billed and so the lesson is use as much as you can because you will be paying for everyone else anyways. also for parking and staff if I could have chosen zero I would have. As soon as my lease is up I will be also. If you want to come see the place you can the front gate is broken and so is the back its been like that all summer. Hardly a gated complex.

You know... The manager ----- does make you follow the rules! If you wouldn't break them.. you wouldn't hate her. Grow Up!!!!
