I lived at the netherwood for a year and I am so glad to be out. My boyfriend and I had bugs and roaches everywhere! It was gross! The pool is never open and has horrible hours! The laundry room is very expensive and dirty! Its a $1.05 for a wash! The manager is a witch and is not understanding at all! Parking is horrible so don't expect your friends or family to come visit! They will tow in an instant! Whoever lives here and absolutely loved it like the last writer is in la la land or just a manager trying to make it sound fun! The last time I was there they were begging for renters offerring $100 dollars off rent for referrals! Please don't rent from the netherwood! I am saving you much hard-ache! Please take your time and look for a good apartment like La Mirage or the sping village or las kivas! Even the new broadstone center! They are very nice and at a good price!
