I have lived here at North Park for 2 years now and i love it. The staff is excellent and extremely nice. It is true that you split the electric bill with all the others that have your same square footage. But i would gladly spend a little more money on electric and rent and feel like i live a safe environment than to live in a scary apartment complex that has crackhead. I feel that the staff at North Park Apartments are completely trustworthy and always very respectful. The do not tolerate with loud noise making or any kind of parties that disturb your neighbor. Which i am very grateful for. They also offer a student discount...thank you very much.
