One would do well to avoid this complex at all costs. I cant stress enough the ineffectiveness of the management. The leasing manager is a complete moron who peddles her homemade goods to the residents. She even had signs made to put on her car with the name of her company which is run out of her own apartment. This same annoying woman is always ready with an idiotic remark or inane greeting. The office staff is perpetually unorganized and highly inept. The rent is much too expensive for the poorly constructed apartments. They actually supply the residents with monthly propaganda in the form of a community newsletter advising them not to purchase a home. The newsletter makes ridiculous claims about how much better off Joe Renter" is compared to the typical home owner. I cannot wait until we move into our new home in the spring!

Thank you for your review. It is interesting that Mr./Ms.Anonymous could not bring these issues to us in person. The Leasing Manager has been at the Pavilions for 8 years and is known for her professionalism and courtesy to go above and beyond what is required of her position. The consistency of always being at a 96-98% ratio seems to contradict the above review. Although misguided, we thank you again for your review.
