As far as apartments go, I don't think one could do a lot better than this without it being a "luxury apartment". It's not a bad place to live. It's mostly quiet, and I feel safe. The appliances in my apartment were new. Any repairs I needed, with one exception, were done in a timely manner. The staff is nice.
The only negatives were also mentioned in a previous review.
1. Not many parking options for guests or car overflow.
2. If you have loud neighbors (i.e. heavy footfalls, loud laughing, etc...), you will hear them.
3. It's a lot of money for the amount of space you get. They include the garage in the square footage of the whole apartment.

I will be moving out and renting a house in the next two months, because I need more space for my money. However, if I wasn't expecting a baby in the very near future, I might have signed the lease for another year.
