Very Noisy & Low Quality Buildings

The neighbors upstairs sound like they are stomping loudly on the floor when they walk -- and late at night this keeps you awake. You can hear the microwave ovens of the neighbors through the walls. These buildings are built very cheaply and I can't wait to move out.
