ok, But NOT WORTH THE PRICE !

The Pavilions are overpriced (about $ 200-300 per month as compared to similar properties). The attached garages are nice but are overshadowed by the following issues: (1) Maintenance requests are not completed promptly (2) Appliances are very old (3) Noise transfer from the upper unit to the bottom unit is terrible. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take, not good !!! (3) The roadways are full of cracks and deteriorating (4) The equipment in the exercise room is very old and barely works (5) Paint is peeling off the buildings (6) Parking for guests is almost nonexistant. The few spots that are provided are usually taken by tenant vehicles.
(7) Apartments are small. The square footage advertised must include either the patio, garage or both. (8) No grace period for rent due. If not paid by the 1st of the month an outrageous late fee is imposed. (9) No onsite or random security service (10) Significant BUG problem. Ants and cockroaches are everywhere (in apartments) (11) Water and garbage removal fees are calculated and paid directly to the apartment management. These services are overpriced. (12) No snow removal in the winter (13) Significant road noise for apartments located next to Academy and Lowell roads.
Good Things:
The management staff is very friendly and helpful. Additional maintenance staff would help greatly. The grounds are very nice and well taken care of.
