I have been living here for 6 months. Everything is roses and promises while you are new here. After you have to follow up on job orders the management makes you the problem and the excuses start. They also cannot track work orders properly and if they do not respond within 3 working days they will fight on your rental discount.
Beware the pool is heated and they will tell you it is open year round, it is not!!

Today my wife called in a work order, the sink was stopped up. She make the call at 11am. At noon she called them and informed them water was filling the sinks. I got home at 4pm and the water was about to flood the apartment. The management told us they would get to it by the end of the day. I went to the office at 4pm and asked them to get on it because it was about to over flow. The maintance man told me they had 3 workers cleaning apartments getting them ready and he first heard the radio call at 4pm. So you see how emergencies work orders are handled.
Also the apartment above me has very noisy floors and when a person walks across the floor its so loud it will wake you up. The people living up stairs when out of town for a month and asked management to fix their floors and were told they can not fix the floors. We were told they were concrete floors, from the noise I do not belive that.
Alliance Management who supervises this complex is next to impossible to find or get in touch with. The Allinace person in Albuquerque is Terry Brown 323-1043.
Last I checked their are not listed in your apartment paperwork and the number in the phone book is disconnected.
