We were pleased with our apartment, until we moved out. We cleaned for two days. When someone finally came to check everything out 1) she was not the woman who was supposed to check it out 2) expected everything to be sparkling and shining. Our apartment was very clean, except for normal wear and tear, but they still kept the entire deposit. Three months later we are still getting water bills because they didn't inform Viterra they we already moved out.
