I rented here for several years. Each year the maintenance gets worst. There are large holes in the external stucco, the roof leaks when it rains, the place is noisy, cooking/smoking smells from other apartments, large non-residence traffic problem, dark and dangerous at night. In addition, Southwest Suite rents several apartments so you have a constant overturn of short timers that do not obey any of the rules. Maintenance repair requests are generally ignored - in fact several buildings the external lighting is broken so after dark you have NO lights to enter or exit your apartment - this situation is extremely dangerous for single women. Maintenance refuses to fix the problems. The garages are mainly rented by small businesses so you have a constant stream of "illegals" parading through the complex for access to the garage.

I cannot overstress the condition of the apartments ? very poor. The management is rude and condescending. With no gate many cars have been vandalized.
