Management's own bulletin decries the complex's safety

I received a bulletin from the management informing me that the complex's mailboxes were not safe. The management even suggested that the residents get a US Post Office box instead of using the local complex mailboxes.
So if you rent here plan on paying for the cost of a USPS box, not to mention the inconvenience of driving to the post office.
The management's solution for all problems is to place the problem back into the resident's lap. The management does not raise a finger to help the residents or to solve any apartment complex problems.
The cost is too high for what you get. Parking is bad. Apartments and cars are always being robbed or vandalized. Strange men are always hanging around and have total access to complex areas. One morning a drunken man, with bottle, was propped up again my car when I went to my car to go to work. I would NEVER use the pool after dark.
* Very poor or no maintenance
* roof leak
* buildings needs painting
* landscaping nothing special
* very poor or no management
* heating and cooling not adequate --> maximum 65 winter and minimum 82 summer
* 950 is too expensive
The new management, Colonial Properties, is even worse than old management.
