My girlfriend and I would like to thank "No Problem Here" for a weekend of laugher. My girlfriend and I have been living in these apartments for 2 years and are now looking for a new place to live because of the horrendous living conditions at this apartment complex. Nevertheless, we enjoyed and laughed at the comments from "No Problem Here".
First, if "No problem" is not looking for another apartment why is he/she reading this site' "No Problem" must have lived in a homeless shelter or prison in Minnesota to have a place worse than these apartments. "No Problem" has no problem with the "no paint look" of their apartment, large holes in the exterior stucco, the poor heating and cooling, dark/dangerous walkways, and rude managers and maintenance workers. In fact, the latest issue is to replace exterior florescent landscape lighting with "glow in the dark" solar lights. The complex now has exterior electrical boxes and lights wrap with wads of duct tape or holes covered with aluminum tape. Some boxes even have wires sticking out. The electrical work does not look like it meets any building codes. Now the complex is even darker. The new management is going all out to save money at the expense of the residents.
"No Problem" was correct that manager is efficient in taking your money and courteous to get you to lease. Other dealing I have had with them they are RUDE.
We are soon leaving. Thank you for a good laugh "No problem". It is so obvious you are either complex management or do not live here. Please do not believe "No Problem" and please do not rent here. This place is TOO, no make that WAY TOO, expensive and a dump. The manager does not want to spend a dime on the place and only wants you to shut up and give them money. I agree "No Problem" is a ringer and is WAY out of step and out of their mind if they think you would believe them after reading the other reviews.
