Yesterday, I paid my rent and the woman in the office acted as if she could not be bothered to take my check. She was rude as she reviewed the check for all the information and acted as if I was a criminal. I waited and finally she looked up and huffed at me as if she was too busy and important to help a resident. Then I asked a question about if the new management was still planning to meet with the tenants. She shouted loudly, ?Toodd, someone has a questions? sounded like a cat with its tail in door. Todd came from around the corner, said, ?I do not know?, and walked away. The woman looked at me and said ?anything else.? in a go away voice. The management is real condescending to the residents. I have decided to move. I have noticed more and more apartments are empty since the apartment maintenance continues on a downward slide. In addition, the rent keeps going up. I am noticing an increase in empty apartments. I guess other residents are also wising-up. In addition, I too wake up in the middle of the night too cooking smells and cannot get back to sleep. I have lived in many other apartments over the past 10 years and this is the first time I have experienced these smells. There is definitely something wrong with these apartments to cause such a stink at night. (I think it has inadequate ventilation in the kitchen.) The apartments are also the noisiest I have ever experienced.
