Since 2004 34 people took time to write an express their disgust with the management, maintenance and living conditions at this apartment. (The few yes's are so out of line and do not agree with the "real" reviews, I would not trust them and KNOW they are management "plants". Sad that this apartment management has to resort to such cheap tricks.) In a year, only 3 person would recommend this apartment and after reading the comments it had to be written but management. I would like to be the 35th person since 2004 NOT to recommend this apartment complex. The management is inapt and the maintenance has been neglected. The new management is cheap and is trying to make a buck without investing in the property. After living here for over 5 years I could go on about how the cooking and bathroom smells bother me at night or about the noise, the floors are paper thin, but I do not want to waste my time, I have to find a new place to live.

The management is new, as well as the maintenance staff. I think that some people expect more than they should here because of the high price of rental. What they are not taking into account is that this area is an expensive one. You are paying more for land rental than for service. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Fast, friendly, and very helpful is a great way to describe the new office gals. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone and not worry about my referral being a anything but great. Greta Sethi
