This website is a joke. I have lived here for 2 years and am moving out because I'm being transferred to Dallas. I was looking for an apartment online when I saw this website. I looked to see what it says about my complex and I was shocked. I went into the office and asked the manager why she didnt respond to these crazy comments and she said that she has to pay in order to respond-because if she just responds, then anyone could get on and say they're the manager. I asked why she didnt let the person with the heart problems out of their lease and she said that she had never had any of the complaints in here told to her. She said that no one had ever come in to complain about any of the things on this site. Apparently a couple of the other complexes in the area were telling people looking for apartments to look at this site so they wont live here. I did have some maintenance problems for a while, but since they got a new maintenance manager things have been great. I think that anyone who reads the comments on this website should take them with a grain of salt. I know that I will definitely make my own decisions and not rely on the comments for my new apartment in Dallas.

I live in this apartment and KNOW the managers know about the problems. I have reported them. I have reported problems about water, smell, and lighting. I have reported about parking problems and people digging in the dumpster. I do not think other apartment complexes would waste time on this site. What would they gain? If they are better than this apartment people will rent anyway. If not it will not improve their occupancy rate. If the manager REALLY told you she did not know or no one had reported the problems listed on this site then they lied to you. I have reported many of the complaints found on this site myself. Maintenance is done on the cheap. They will fix anything that does not cost money. The whole complex needs painting and the stucco repaired. The apartments were built cheap and the plywood flooring from the apartment above to always squeaking very loudly when people walk. The walls and flooring are paper thin with no insulation which accounts for this place being so noisy. The plumbing was done on the cheap and I spoke to several complex maintenance personnel and all agree it is a BIG problem. I am sorry you are so GULLIBLE. I hope that the quick Texas wit will not be too much for you.

I agree with intel SW comments. I too have told the management about things on this site. I think this comment would be better titled if it was "THIS IS A JOKE"

I find the comments on this website to be VERY accurate. I live in Southern California and I had a bad experience with an apartment manager before I even moved to the complex! I later found this site and there were NUMEROUS negative comments about the manager. I have also found that the outstanding apartment complexes that I have lived in have few to no comments. I find all of these comments very helpful, and have decided not to consider renting here as a result. Thank you!!
