Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I guess I'm an exception, but I didn't have any big problems the 2 years I lived in the "Pinnacle Townhomes" section of the property. I had a fantastic view of both the city and the mountains, maintenance was fast and effective, I had my own garage and fireplace, and people were generally nice to me at the front desk. I even liked my neighbors. A friend of mine had a terrible experience in her one bedroom apartment, however, so I know I was lucky with mine.
