I've been living in Broadstone High Desert for 3 months now. I am a Los Angeles transplant. This apartment complex without a doubt has the prettiest setting in Albuquerque. The views of the mountains and the downtown nightime glow are quite stunning. The complex is surrounded by walking, biking trails, an arroyo and backs up against Sandia Peak. Beside the setting the complex itself is very upscale and in good condition. The inside of our unit is very nice, everything is new and in great condition. If we've had something that needed to be fixed the management has attended our needs right away. We are extremely happy with our decision to move here.
Cons:
First floor apartments have noise issues from tenants above. (however no more than any other first floor apartment I've lived in). The clothing dryer is a bit dated and not very efficient. The water heater is a bit noisy with occasional gurgling sounds, but this is a minor annoyance.
