I have lived here now for 2 months and I am counting down the days until I move. The apartment is constructed very poorly. the complaints about the noise from upstairs and the water heater are right on. The rodent problem is out of control. The excuse I got when I complained about it was that we live so close to the foothills its "to be expected". I probably find at least 5 different bugs a day in my house. The management wont return phone calls when called. The appliances are a joke. the stove doesnt work and the washer and dryer dont clean your clothes. Its awful. Find somehwere else to go before you waste a bunch of money.
