Skyline Properties Inc. does not put money back into the upkeep of this property. Units are overpriced. Many maintenance and management problems. Unfriendly owners from Dallas, as well as unprofessional management staff. Owners unable to maintain quality management. Landscaping is not as it appears on homepage. No playground, sprinklers non-functional, grass is dead, mostly rocks. Rocks all over the sidewalks and hallways. Lots of theft and vandalism. Unpleasant atmosphere!!!
