If you want to be on the edge of town, but not in the boonies, this complex is great. Great views of the mountains or city from most apratments. Office staff is very helpful. Maintenance has improved, will work around your schedule and are very prompt with repairs. Residents are friendly, quiet, and mostly keep to themselves. Mostly young families and couples. Plenty of parking, though security is questionable. Rent is excellent for apartment size and local area.
