I have lived here for a little over a year and as of May 8th the complex has been taken over by a new company. Just recently they fired the manager because she was an absolute idiot. The new manager is better but I have never heard of any one having this many problems with one complex in my life. The new management has no clue, the people in the office are rude, the problem's with problem tenants have gone up, and the number of people moving out is going up also. I would not recommend this complex to any one. It was recommended to me by a tenant, and up until this tenant left and the management left it has gone down hill.
