after overviewing all the other comments, they are all dead on. now let me add my own, the apartments have had six new managers in less than 1 yr. the maintanence dept. can't find time to fix anything, but they have plenty to sit around the shop smoking pot, and blasting thier stereos. the maintence dept. is completely incompetent and so is the office staff. there is trash all over the grounds, the laundry facilities are in sad shape, pest control has been neglected, parking is a nightmare, and instead of fixing things, maintence would rather put parking stickers on everyone's windows. as far as residents, its just like any other apartments i've lived in, all different types. children and pets are welcome, so outside noise is expected, but most tenents, obey the noise curfew. all in all, apartments not bad, but maintence and management make it a nightmare.
