Not The Place You Want To Live!

October will make 1 whole year that I have lived at Pueblo Villa Apartments. Unfortunately, I had problems right away when I moved in. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a Harley. There was a big red stain in the middle of the living room floor, and the toilet runs constantly. When I reported these issues, the maintenance guy showed up right away, but couldn't fix any of them. Lately, I have noticed that the steps leading up to my apartment holds water. There are large puddles on every single step. It is so bad at the top step that it causes water from the rain to build up and flow under my door. ....My ceiling leaks, while the floors creak.
About maintenance, well one day I recieved a notice on my door asking me to set my fire extinguisher out to be checked and charged. I set mine out as asked, left for work, and my fire extinguisher never returned. I know they have went through many managers and leasing agents as well. One of the current agents came to do an inspection on my apartment, and said that mine was in great shape. She said that some don't even have all countertops. And that some tenants were working on their street bikes on the carpet!!!
Well, I could go on and on about the bad things. But the good things are that it does have a decent courtyard... if it weren't for the couches, and bicycles laying all over. I'm anxious to get the hell out of here. Only a couple more months!!!
