i have lived here for about two years. things were good up until a couple of months ago. the staff has really gone down hill. the new manager is racist and will stab you in the back. she makes promises that she can not keep. the place has just gone down the drain. the maint. staff refuses to take care of emergencys as they say that they do not get paid for after hours calls and it will have to wait, HOT water issues have to wait''' ever been like this before. to top it off, they spray nasty chemicals in vacant apartments and do not even tell surrounding tenants so when the tenants call they get the run around saying there is nothing harmful in the fumes. this place is rediculous the company PRIME GROUP that owns this place doesnt relize they are going to lose alot of good tenants.
