Have lived here since October of last year. So far they've handled two maintenance issues in a timely fashion (within 48 hours).

The only thing that's odd is that occasionally when the upstairs unit runs water there is an odd clicking sound in the wall. Something to do with the pipes I think. Not much the front office can do short of move us out of the unit and tear down the walls to address the issue. So we just deal.

Parking isn't a problem. Seems like on our side of the complex there's enough for every unit plus a few guests. The only complaint about the parking lot is it needs to be repainted so you can see the parking spots better.

The best part I find about this complex is there doesn't seem to be a lot of noise. Past complexes that I've lived at might has well have been college frat houses at all hours.

San Miguel is quiet, neighbors are friendly. No loud music or 3am parties.

The front office staff, Stephanie and Jeanyssa in particular are always helpful. I have no complaints.
